Outdoor Musical Instruments

Exposure to music is not limited to the indoors. An outdoor classroom can be equipped with built-in play structures designed to make sound. The range of sound, or music, depends on what type of interactive equipment is chosen. Children can bang on large thunderwalls that sound like rolling thunder. Bright colored chimes can be tapped to create beautiful music. Or tot drums can encourage early learners to thump out a tune.
